Tacca Chantrieri aka Black Bat Plant

Tacca Chantrieri Black Bat Plant has large shiny deep green leaves with raised veining. The flowers are very unique having the appearance of bats flying out of a cave. A must for anyone who collects the unusual or black/dark colored flowers. Our bat plants hang out in our orchid corner where it gets bright light but no direct sunlight. We water deep when the soil is dry and humidity is kept moderate at 60-70%.

White spotting on leaves is residual from neem oil spray used to control insects, mites and fungus.
