Hoya Flores Island UT 38 or EPC 706 (Hanging Basket)

Hoya Flores Island UT 38 'EPC 706' has large ovate leaves with some light veining. The flowers are pleasantly scented bunches of creamy yellow petals with creamy white corona centered in a darker yellow star.
