Hoya Icensis aka Patcharawalai 023 hanging basket

Hoya Icensis aka Hoya patcharawalai 023 has succulent thick veiny leaves with dark almost black margins. The blooms are clusters of fragrant creamy white petals centered with striking bright pink corona.
