Cranberry Hibiscus (Hibisus acetocella)

Cranberry hibiscus has vibrant burgundy green leaves and velvety dark burgundy flowers. leaves and flowers can be ate on salads or in stir fry's. The leaves, flowers and pods can also be boiled into a delicious red tea that turns purple when lemon or lime juice is added. They contain antioxidants, calcium, iron, and vitamins B2, B3, and C.
