‘Black Velvet’ Alocasia aka Alocasia 'Reginula'

'Black Velvet" Alocasia has deep emerald green to black velvety looking leaves with striking pale green to white veining. These are a smaller Alocasia variety only growing 18-24" overall making them perfect for indoor growing. We keep them in bright light with no direct sun exposure as it will burn the leaves. We plant these in our barky soil mix and water soil thoroughly when almost dry. As a houseplant we feed monthly through spring and summer. Can be grown outside in warm temperatures but will go dormant if exposed to colder temperatures in which the leaves will come back in the spring if they didn't experience any freezing temps.
