Barbados Cherry 'Acerola' Bush

Barbados Cherry is where Acerola vitamin C comes from, just one cherry can contain the Vitamin C content of approximately 15 Oranges. We let the cherries ripen to a dark red before eating for best taste. This plant will grow in a pot in part to full sun. They have a cold hardiness to grow zone 9 to 12 where you can grow it in ground. In Florida it bears fruit all year. Plants are rooted in a 4" pot.
